OUR MISSION

360 Leadership Group exists for one purpose, to share time-proven principles of team building that can be applied in any organization and any industry or sector.

From experience building and rebuilding a new team each year, 4 former Blue Angel pilots can teach your organization critical takeaways for success, developed throughout their 78 year history.

Why 360 Leadership Group?

There are plenty of military aviators, including former Blue Angels©, former Air Force Thunderbirds, and Top Gun graduates who would like to work with your team. Why choose 360 Leadership Group?

  • We are the only group that works as a team to help you build your team.
  • You may notice that other speakers mention a culture of excellence.
    We appreciate that because our
team was the first military aviation organization to explicitly reference
the concept, incorporating it in the Blue Angels® mission statement
    we rewrote in 2013!

- 1/3 of the squadron rotates out annually under standard Navy personnel management.

- Every November, three of the six jet pilots are replaced by three new members.

- Two of the remaining three jet pilots switch to new positions in the flight’s formation.

- The commanding officer/flight leader rotates out every
other year.

Within 90 days, the Blue Angels launch a brand-new airshow season and perform at the exceptionally high standards that tradition,
safety and a commitment to excellence demand.

The keys to making the transition possible are the unique onboarding, training, and continuous improvement practices of the Blue Angels.

Those same practices can be applied in your organization to maintain and rebuild teams that experience change in:

- Membership

- Goals and Objectives

- Operating Environment

- Team Morale and Motivation
