Blue Angels did an outstanding job sharing their perspective on how well they are in sync with one another with their pre- and post-flight planning. I believe there could be an opportunity to bring the presentation back to Circle K Operations team in terms of them having some sort of "Sync" pre and post planning. Drawing a connection between both would allow the staff to understand the importance of teamwork and how that displays positive results such as the Blue Angels demonstrate during their performances.

I enjoyed the guest speakers from the 360 Leadership Group. I love the camaraderie they share and how passionate they are when presenting. One of the most memorable was watching them chair fly; I have been part of teams that implemented this to rehearse processes and procedures to reduce hesitation and increase successful transfers in manufacturing.
